耗時兩年精心打造，華碩位於關渡的企業總部新建之立功大樓正式啟用，並同時獲頒美國LEED v4 BD+C(新建築類別)白金級綠建築認證。易境永續設計十分感謝華碩的信任，也很榮幸能參與這趟旅程，從設計到施工完成，中間克服了許多困難，最終取得認證，並締造多項紀錄：

　　1、台灣第一個LEED V4 BD+C 白金級

　　2、全世界最大的LEED V4 BD+C: NC(新建築版) 白金級

華碩立功大樓此次獲得美國LEED v4 BD+C(新建築類別)綠建築最高等級—白金級認證，美國綠建築協會(U.S. Green Building Council, USGBC)特別由資深副主席Mili Majumdar女士出席立功大樓啟用典禮並頒發認證獎章予華碩董事長施崇棠。

華碩立功大樓在設計階段，即加入許多綠建築的概念與想法，其保留超過5000 m2的綠地空間，呼應關渡平原的自然生態，擁有自然採光的大廳天井、大量自然植栽綠屋頂以及塗佈白色高反射漆之冷屋頂，減少都市建築帶來的熱島效應。設置腳踏車及淋浴間，鼓勵員工使用低碳排的腳踏車通行。園區綠地使用滴灌及雨水回收系統，提升水資源利用效率，可百分百無需使用自來水澆灌，室內節水率亦比LEED基準節省55%以上。另外規畫了智慧控制的節能、節水設施，利用儲冰水系統轉移白天尖峰電價，達到節省電費及降低發電廠負載的目的；透過高效濾網及變頻外氣系統，提供高品質室內空氣並達到節能效果。

We recognize ASUSTeK Li-Gung Office building and the LEED Consultant for the project “GreenJump Sustainability”—for achieving LEED Platinum under V4 here for new construction. ASUSTeK Li-Gung Office building  is currently the largest LEED Platinum project in the world to certify under the LEED v4 BD+C: New Construction rating system, and the only one LEED V4 BD+C Platinum in Taiwan.」
