89.5% of real estate companies said they would improve corporate health and well-being in the future;

87% of real estate companies said they saw an increase in demand for healthy buildings in 2020

Among them, commercial buildings occupy the top market demand. Commercial buildings that have obtained healthy building certification have a 4-7% higher rental maintenance rate than similar buildings that have not been certified.
