The GRESB rating cycle is one year, and the rating results are presented in star ratings. According to the performance of all participants each year, every 20% of the participants are divided into five equal parts. The top 20% of participants will receive a five-star rating, and the bottom 20% of participants will receive a one-star rating. The first company in Taiwan to participate in GRESB and receive a five-star rating is the case of E-Land Sustainable Counseling.

In addition, if participants meet the special performance requirements of different rating standards, GRESB will also award honors such as Green Star, Most Improved organizations, and global or regional Sector Leader.
