GreenJump was officially established on February 18, 2014. In the early days, we took on a wide range of projects in the field of sustainable architecture. Through this hands-on experience, we built a solid foundation of expertise and gradually refined our core services and business focus.

Since 2015, GreenJump has grown steadily, earning the trust of partners both in Taiwan and abroad, and participating in many landmark sustainability projects.
Beyond consulting, GreenJump is dedicated to shaping the future of the industry through sustainability education. Besides launching the "Green Geek Sustainable Building Bootcamp", GreenJump also actively contributes to lectures, workshops, and collaborative courses with professional organizations.

In 2016, GreenJump began exploring international markets, with footprints across the UK, Qatar, Thailand, Singapore, China, and beyond. Along the way, the GreenJump built valuable connections and uncovered new opportunities, ultimately focusing the expansion in Southeast Asia. GreenJump has established local offices in Cambodia and Vietnam to provide dedicated services for clients in the region.

In 2017, GreenJump began promoting the WELL Building Standard in Taiwan and hosted a series of WELL seminars the following year. These efforts not only marked a significant milestone in introducing WELL to the local market, but also earned GreenJump the IWBI Leadership Award for three consecutive years starting from 2019 — firmly establishing its position as a leading advocate for WELL and healthy building practices in Taiwan.

In 2020, while the world was heavily impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, GreenJump continued to move forward, dedicating resources to the development of real estate ESG strategies and net-zero carbon building solutions.
Despite the global challenges, GreenJump expanded its footprint through integrated, cross-disciplinary sustainability consulting services. Today, GreenJump is recognized as a leading brand in Taiwan’s sustainability field, with over 100 projects completed across Taiwan, Japan, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, and Malaysia.

In 2023, GreenJump embarked on a renewed journey into the international market following the pandemic. In addition to expanding its footprint from Southern to Northern Vietnam, GreenJump also deepened collaborations with key industry organizations and certification bodies. Highlights included hosting the IWBI team for the ribbon-cutting ceremony at GreenJump’s new headquarters, visiting the USGBC North Asia office for technical exchanges, and supporting GRESB in organizing the first and second GRESB Awards Ceremonies in Taiwan.
In May, GreenJump relocated to its new headquarters, marking a new chapter for the team. The grand opening in July gathered distinguished guests from government, academia, and international sustainability organizations, who affirmed GreenJump’s dedication to advancing healthier and more sustainable built environments.

2024 marks a new chapter for GreenJump.
In pursuit of continuous growth and excellence in sustainable consulting services, GreenJump initiated an organizational restructure and system optimization. The company also partnered with world-class HR consultants to establish a long-term talent development framework, laying a solid foundation for future advancements.
In June, GreenJump hosted the 2024 International ESG Real Estate Sustainability Summit in celebration of the 10th anniversary. The event brought together global sustainability leaders — IWBI, USGBC, and GRESB — marking the first joint international collaboration of this scale for Taiwan’s real estate industry. The summit provided a valuable platform for connecting local enterprises with global sustainability standards, offering forward-looking insights and practical strategies for building a more resilient and sustainable future.
