Lu Hongda is committed to the combination of medical science and architectural science. While studying at Taipei Medical University, he participated in the research on universal design of elderly care spaces, exploring people's healthy behaviors in space. He also took Biophilic Design as his research direction at the Bartlett School of Architecture at UCL in the UK, and deeply explored the healing power of space on the human body. After entering the industry in 2020, we expanded the scope of health and architecture and implemented it to the international WELL Healthy Building Standard to practice well-being and sustainable real estate development goals.

Since becoming a WELL AP, he has not only led the completion of the world's first WELL Technology Plant Interim Certification case and Taiwan's first WELL Interim Certification healthy building residential case, but also other healthy building counseling cases include commercial and office spaces, long-term care spaces, educational spaces, complex buildings, etc. He is also engaged in the promotion and education of healthy buildings. In early 2022, it was selected to be awarded the WELL Faculty certificate by the international WELL Building Institute. So far, only 267 people in the world have passed the certification and can carry out WELL healthy building education work. By applying and promoting the ten concepts of the WELL Healthy Building Standard in various building fields, we can improve the quality of life of residents and help companies achieve sustainable development goals such as SDGs, CSR, and ESG.
