Lian Yuqi has extensive academic experience in the field of environmental planning. His training in the Department of Land Administration, the International Planning and Design Consulting Company of Jingqun, and the Master's program in Energy Conservation Planning at the University of Hamburg has not only equipped him with the ability to apply urban planning, regulations, and policy analysis in Taiwan, but also increased his attention to sustainable development, energy conservation and carbon reduction, and international cooperation. While working at the Construction and Planning Agency, he was responsible for reviewing county and city land plans, formulating related policies, and promoting overall rural planning. He became familiar with the government's environmental policy formulation and review procedures.
